After having selected the NH90 in December 2005, the Belgian government confirmed last week the purchase of ten NH90 for its Armed Forces, four in the TTH (Tactical Transport Helicopter) version, four in the NFH (NATO Frigate Helicopter) version and two options.

With this new contract, the total number of NH90 on order increases to 453. Fourteen different nations have now officially ordered the NH90: France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Portugal, Oman, Australia, New Zealand, Spain and Belgium.
