After the hand-over of the first Swedish NH90 transport helicopter during Le Bourget 2007, FMV took delivery of its second NH90 on September 6th, 2007. The second Swedish NH90 is the first of 14 to be assembled by Patria in Halli, Finland, for the Swedish order of 18 NH90. It had made its maiden flight on April 5th, 2007. This second aircraft will be the first NH90 to be operated in Sweden by the Swedish Defence Forces, initially for training, while the one delivered during Le Bourget 2007 will support the Swedish instructors’ training programme in France until 2008.
