Refunds

If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please contact us and we will send you the correct item as soon as possible and give you more information regarding return.


Risk of Loss
All items purchased from the MILAVIA Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the postal/delivery service. Proof of postage can be supplied on request.

Items are priced as suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or as determined by MILAVIA. The listed price on the website is the correct price at the time of publication, however all prices are subject to change. When placed in the shopping cart, the final and correct price will be displayed. You pay the total amount of your shopping cart.

Applicable Law
By visiting the MILAVIA Shop, you agree that these Terms & Conditions and any dispute of any sort will exclusively be governed by Dutch Law. Any disputes will be settled exclusively by the appropriate authority in the Netherlands.


Requesting Prints
In addition to the prints offered in the shop, MILAVIA offers customers the posibility of sending their request for information when they are interested in obtaining a print of a particular photo. The information submitted on the website is treated as described in the privacy policy, with the exception that it will be forwarded to the photographer. The photographer will then discuss the pricing, shipment, options and other details of the deal with the customer.

From the moment the information has been passed onto the photographer, MILAVIA assumes no further responsibility regarding the deal. MILAVIA will not act as a middleman, other than for passing on the original request to the photographer/owner of the work.

The possibility of requesting information for buying a print does not guarantee availability of the photo or photographer for selling prints.
