The Swiss Air Force PC-7 Team was formed in 1989 to fly aerobatic formation displays using the air force's basic trainers: Pilatus PC-7 turboprop aircraft painted in high-viz orange scheme. Since transitioning to the upgraded NPC-7 in 2008 the PC-7 Team's aircraft sport the national colors.
